Custom Travel Programs
Hermes Worldwide is your single source supplier and can provide you a custom travel program tailored for your company’s ground transportation requirements. Our entire staff is trained on the unique requirements of each travel program and you are assigned a dedicated account manager to assist you or your travel manager with any special requirements, make any program modifications, and to provide a single point of contact for any needs.
Event Transportation
We can assist you with management of your ground transportation for conferences and conventions. Our approach is to partner with the group coordinator by making recommendations, develop a unique event transportation program, and assign a dedicated Hermes Worldwide event specialist to help ensure your event is a success.
Direct Billing
We offer our corporate accounts a direct billing option if preferred. Our typical repayment term is Net 30. If you are interested in this option please complete the Direct Bill Application. This form can be found on our website under Resources » Forms.
Reporting
Upon request we can provide usage and expense reporting in HTML or Excel format to help you better manage your ground transportation budget.
