We are often miscategorized as simply a transportation company – we are a service company that provides transporation. With that in mind we hire chauffeurs that are quality individuals with a service mentality. While each individual’s background varies there are common characteristics we look for such as friendly, polite, educated, diversified background, well groomed, and safety conscience.
Additionally, every candidate is required to submit to and pass the folllowing:
- State and Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Pre-Hire and Random Drug Screening
- 5-year Motor Vehicle History Check
- Department of Transportation Medical Examination
Prospective chauffeurs that meet the pre-hire checks must then pass The Hartford Insurance 3-D Safety training course which consists of classroom and driving instruction, considered the standard in safety training for our industry, followed by field training.
